So that our students build intellectual skills from a very early age, we rely on the SEP curriculum and AMCO At the Top to develop language and effective communication, exploring and learning about the many cultures of the world.

Along with personal and social development, at this stage we see artistic expression and appreciation as part of every child's education. Children begin with basic exercises to build math skills, learn about taking care of their health and about ethical values.
English comes naturally: songs, stories, outdoor play and classroom routines in both languages. No one translates word for word; children learn to name their world in English just as they did in Spanish.

Questions about preschool
At what age can my child start Preschool?
We welcome children ages 3 to 5, in the three years of Kindergarten. The age cutoff for each grade is set by the SEP; at admissions we'll confirm the right grade based on your child's date of birth.
Does my child need to speak English to enroll?
No. The program is designed so children acquire the language naturally from scratch, through play, songs and routines.
What are the Preschool hours?
8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
