Committed to the environment and to continuously improving our school, we relocated and expanded our solar panels to supply all of our energy needs, backed by an electrical substation, plus cool shade for the sunniest days.

- Solar panelsThe sun is the planet's main source of energy. With photovoltaic technology we turn it into clean, renewable electricity.
- PET and aluminum recyclingWe sort materials and separate them from organic waste, so waste is seen as something that can be recovered.
- Water reuseGraywater is reused to significantly reduce drinking water use.
Shade and comfort in the courtyard
The new solar canopy also provides cool shade for the courtyard: recess, P.E. and assemblies are more comfortable on the sunniest days.

Questions about sustainability
Do the solar panels cover all of the school's electricity?
We relocated and expanded the panels to supply all of our energy needs, backed by an electrical substation.
Do students take part in recycling?
Yes. The PET and aluminum program is done with the students: they sort, classify and understand why.
What is graywater?
Water already used in sinks, which can be reused for purposes that don't require drinking water.
